How do I place an order for my entire team ?

Once you’ve set up your office account, you can select a date and invite your team to join the order. They will receive a link to choose their own meals, or you can curate a specific menu for them to pick from. Once everyone has made their selection, just confirm the order and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can individuals choose their own meals and customize for allergies?

Yes! We believe everyone should get exactly what they want. Each team member picks their own meal through our platform. They can also add specific instructions—like "no onions" or "extra sauce"—and flag any allergies to ensure their meal is prepared exactly how they need it.

What is the cutoff time for placing or changing a scheduled order?

To ensure our local restaurant partners have enough time to source fresh ingredients and prep your large orders, we generally require orders to be finalized by 10:45 AM the business day before your delivery. For very large events, we recommend a few days' notice.

How does delivery work, and how will I know when my food has arrived?

We work with professional delivery partners who specialize in handling office catering. Your food arrives in easy-to-spot, organized packaging. You can track the delivery in real-time through our site, and you’ll receive a notification the moment your meals are ready for pickup at your designated drop-off spot.

Is there a minimum order size or a specific budget required to start?

We aim to be flexible for offices of all sizes. Most of our restaurant partners have a small minimum order (usually around 10 meals) to ensure delivery is efficient. You can set a "per-person" budget limit for your team, or simply cover the full cost of the orders placed.

How do you handle dietary restrictions like vegan, gluten-free, or halal?

Our menus include clear labels for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and halal options. Because every meal is individually boxed and labeled with the person’s name, there is no risk of cross-contamination from shared serving spoons.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order after it arrives?
